Mojito & Spiced Pear
Mojito – We love this classic Cuban drink which is why we use Cuban rum, Havana Club Especial to be exact, combined with homemade fresh mint syrup, citric acid and water. Yes, it’s true, there’s no limes!
Spiced pear – Based on a recipe created by our owner in 2001. We have updated it, using Dark Matter spiced dark rum, from Banchory, Merlet pear liqueur, pear puree, citric acid, sugar and water.
